When you sign in to your AerieHub account, you can easily access HelpDesk from the main navigation bar. HelpDesk provides tutorials to help you use AerieHub’s features quickly and efficiently.

For the Document Module, tutorials show you how to search for documents or AutoCAD drawings, share documents, customize your AerieHub, and use it on mobile devices. They also cover general tasks like resetting your password.

For the Space Management Module, tutorials explain how to use the Details, Tools, and View Legend tabs, understand icons, and navigate the Navigation Panel.

For the Compliance Module, tutorials and articles guide you through tracking employee or contractor training, managing certifications, and staying on top of compliance requirements. They show you how to use the tools in the module and apply them to your facility.

Each tutorial provides step-by-step instructions and screenshots to make learning simple. We add new tutorials weekly as features are updated or added in AerieHub.

HelpDesk also makes it easy to get direct support. You can open a New Ticket, check your Ticket Status, email AerieHub, or call AerieHub using the blue buttons in the portal. You can also contact support directly if you need help with any issue.
