By signing in to your AerieHub account, you can easily access HelpDesk, which is located in your main navigation bar. There you will find tutorials that focus on different ways to search for documents or AutoCAD drawings, how to customize your AerieHub, how to use AerieHub on mobile devices and general topics such as resetting your password or sharing documents from AerieHub.

For our Space Management Module, you will find tutorials for using the Details, Tools, and View Legend tabs, as well as understanding Icons and the Navigation Panel.

Clicking on any topic will give you step-by-step written instructions as well as corresponding screenshots to guide you. We add tutorials weekly as new features in AerieHub are rolled out and others are updated. 

HelpDesk also gives you the option of opening a New Ticket, checking your Ticket Status, Emailing AerieHub, or Calling AerieHub by selecting from the blue buttons. You may also contact support here.
