How to Open a Helpdesk Ticket in AerieHub

AerieHub offers help through our support system, called the helpdesk. It’s an easy way to get answers and solve problems. Opening a ticket is a great way to:

  • Report a problem you’re having with AerieHub.
  • Ask for help using a feature, like downloading or printing a document.
  • Suggest updates to a document so it stays accurate and useful.
  • Request an account for someone else on your team.
  • Request training for staff so everyone knows how to use AerieHub.
  • Get help finding a document if you can’t locate it.
  • Ask for other kinds of help that don’t fit into these categories.

To open a ticket, go to the “Help” dropdown menu in the Documents Module and select “Ask for Help.” Fill out the “Contact Us” form with your information and your question or request. That’s it! Once you submit it, a member of the AerieHub team will contact you soon to help.

You can also use the “Contact Us” option in the same menu to share ideas about pages or features. We love hearing suggestions that can make AerieHub easier and better to use.

Note: If you are having trouble logging in or you are requesting a new account from the login screen, a ticket will automatically be created for you. This means you don’t need to do anything extra, and our team will start helping you right away.
