Opening a ticket is a good way to:
- report an issue
- ask for help using an AerieHub feature such as downloading or printing
- suggest a document update
- request an account on behalf of another person
- request training for staff
- get help locating a document
- ask for other kinds of help
To open a ticket, select the “Ask for Help” tab located in the “Help” dropdown in the main navigation bar in the Documents Module. Fill out the “Contact Us” form and voila! That’s it! AerieHub will contact you shortly.
You may also use the “Contact Us” tab in the same drop-down menu to suggest ideas regarding a page or feature.
NOTE: If you are having trouble logging in or are requesting an account from our login screen, a ticket will be opened automatically for you.
